Founded in 1883. Offers associate degrees in business administration and applied sciences, bachelors’ degrees in business administration and science, masters’ degrees in business administration, and graduate certificates in financial planning, green business strategy, and nonprofit management. Undergraduate fields include accounting, finance, information systems, management, and marketing. All M.B.A. degrees and several undergraduate degrees and more than 60 career training certificates are offered online.
Applications are accepted at any time. Tuition for undergraduates is $370/credit hour, for graduates $560/credit hour, including books and fees. Tuition rates are locked in as long as the participants are continuously enrolled in their programs

Cooley's Ann Arbor campus has an expected enrollment for 2011-2012 of 430. Students admitted in Sept., Jan., & May. Evening courses available for those who begin in May. Degrees include JD, LLM in intellectual property and in taxation, and a joint master's/JD and can be completed on a 2-, 3-, or 4-year schedule. Admission is based on LSAT scores, undergraduate G.P.A., and character and fitness evaluation. Tuition is $1,225/credit hour, $36,750/year full time.
