Comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, intervention, and consultation to schools, therapists, and other professionals, as well as training and resources for families. Medical care, health education, and support services for 12-to-21-year-olds. Medical services include general medicine, gynecology, obstetrics, pediatrics, and psychiatry. Confidential services include birth control, pregnancy testing and care, STD diagnosis and treatment, and HIV testing and education. Counseling and short-term therapy for patients. Supplemental food program for women, infants, and children (WIC). Accepts most insurances; insurance enrollment and sliding-scale fees for uninsured. University Health Service (UMHS)

Provides medical services to U-M students. The health service fee (paid by enrolled U-M students as part of tuition) covers most services, including clinician visits, laboratory testing, and X rays. Medications, eye care, eyewear, and immunizations are not covered. Persons affiliated with the U-M, including alumni and students between semesters, may use UHS but must pay for services.
