Urgent Care Clinics

The following facilities provide walk-in treatment for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries. People needing emergency care at any time or urgent care after clinic hours should go to the 24-hour emergency rooms at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital (712–3000) or University Hospital (936–6666). In life-threatening situations, call 911.




Ann Arbor Urgent Care

Private clinic accepts some insurances (but not Care Choices, Medicaid, Priority Health, Washtenaw Health Plan, or out-of-state HMOs). Mon.–Fri. 10 a.m.–8 p.m., Sat. & Sun. 10 a.m.–6 p.m.

Saint Joseph Mercy Pediatric Emergency Service

Use the emergency entrance at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital. Open daily 9 a.m.–11 p.m.

UMHS Children's Emergency Services

Enter through the University Hospital emergency entrance. Treats medical emergencies and minor illnesses or injuries for children up to age 18. Free valet parking. Open 24 hours. www.med.umich.edu/em/children

Provides urgent care to enrolled U-M students and to those Premier Care HMO members who select it as their primary care facility. www.uhs.umich.edu
