Legendary Chicago blues band whose country-folk flavored brand of Southside blues helped spark the blues revival of the 60s and early 70s. Led by harmonica genius Corky Siegel and guitarist Jim Schwall, the current lineup also includes former Little Walter and Howlin’ Wolf drummer Sam Lay and bassist Rollo Bradford. $22.50.

Ecker writes ballads, blues, torch songs, and slce-of-life tales that combine the bluesy sass of Bonnie Raitt with the jazzy style of Lena Horne and Keely Smith and that she sings in a big, warm soulful voice. Fink’s songs blend humor, poignancy, vulnerability, and wit in ways that simultaneously evoke Christine Lavin, Rickie Lee Jones, Nellie McKay, and Jack Johnson.

Local experimental alt-country and folk-rock quintet led by singer-songwriter Scott Sellwood. Tonight the band celebrates the release of its new CD, Grey Buried. Opening acts are Chris Bathgate, a talented local singer-songwriter who writes heartfelt, poetic story songs in a variety of moods, and Big Mess, a Detroit alt-country band.
