The Blind Pig: Whitey Morgan & the Waycross, Georgia, Farm Boys.
Detroit retro outlaw honky-tonk band. Opening act is Bull Halsey, a Chelsea garage blues band.

Club Above: Tokyo Sex Whale
Punk-metal quartet from Ottawa. Opening acts are The 77s, an Ypsilanti band that plays loud, raucous, melodic, bluesy, surf-guitar rockabilly, and The Tremblers. July 18 (5:30-8:30 p.m.) : Corndaddy. Local alt-country band led by singer-songwriters Kevin Brown and Jud Branam whose music mixes equal parts of Gram Parsons and Uncle Tupelo.

Conor O'Neill's: Toppermost
Local blues-rock quartet.

Crazy Wisdom Tea Room: Joe Summers.
Down-home country swing by this versatile local guitar virtuoso. He is accompanied by rhythm guitarist Alex Belhaj.

The Earle: Rick Burgess Trio
Jazz ensemble featuring pianist Burgess, drummer Robert Warren, and bassist Russel Tessier.

Goodnite Gracie: Grievous Angel
Detroit-area country-rock band that covers everyone from Hank Williams to the Grateful Dead and Metallica.

Guy Hollerin's: Chef Chris & the Rump Shakers.
Blues quartet led by vocalist and blues harpist Chef Chris Sirvinskis.

The Habitat Ultralounge: Government Honey
Detroit quartet that plays 1970s dance rock.

Live at PJ's: "Dance Night"
With DJ Nick Mixwell.

Melange Subterranean Bistro: The Groove-Matist
Retro, Top 40, and hip-hop dance party with DJ Mechial White.

The Necto: "Frequency"
In the main room DJ Hardy plays Top 40 and dance music records.

The Quarter Bistro: Mike Moore
