This all-ages venue in the Neutral Zone teen center (with a side alley entrance) features a mix of touring, local, and teen bands, usually Sat., 7-11 p.m. Cover, dancing.

 

April 2: Lightning Bolt

Legendary Providence (RI) experimental noise-rock duo known for its guerrilla-style live shows. Opening acts are Wolf Eyes, an industrial-noise-electronica trio from Detroit led by singer- songwriter Aaron Dilloway, and Capillary Action, an Oberlin College-bred experimental avant-rock quartet.

April 23: Sole Transit

Popular local teen instrumental funk band that tonight celebrates the release of its debut CD. It's joined by local teen hip-hop MCs Gameboi and O.D.D., who collaborated with the band on the CD. Opening act is Space Cadet, a local electro-funk band.

April 29: “Speak Out Against Rape”

With 4 local teen bands, the Dexter alternative rock band Someday Came Suddenly, the Northville alternative rock quintet Autumn Rhapsody, the local garage rock septet Going Homeless, and the local folk-rock duo Me & Ryan. Proceeds benefit SafeHouse’s Teen Voice education and outreach efforts.

May 21: Puberty and The Jobies

Double bill. Puberty is an experimental ambient-noise band, and the Jobies is an all-female punk rock duo.

May 28: Harry & the Potters

Progressive garage-punk by this popular synthesizer-and-guitar brother duo from suburban Boston, whose songs draw their themes from the Harry Potter books. 7-8 p.m.
